Homeowner’s Association Dues can be paid on line by debit or credit card https:/www.gcmgt.com Or by check only payable to: Springdale Trace Community Association, Inc. ATT: Georgia Community Management PO Box 2750 Loganville, GA 30052 Annual Dues $500.00 Annual payments are due by January 3st. Payment received after the 31st will incur a late fee of $25.00 Quarterly Dues $125.00 Quarterly payment of $125.00 due January 31st. Subsequent payments of $125 each will be due April 30th, July 31st and October131st. A late fee of $25.00 per quarter will be assessed to payments received after the due date.
